Orders normally ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure that the plants arrive at its destination before the weekend. It is extremely important that we receive the correct shipping address and information-- we are not responsible for any orders that are not received due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. 

Please contact us before returning or replacing any shipments. 

Due to the nature of these tropical plants, we closely monitor the local weather to ensure that the temperatures are safe to ship. Although we try to ship plants within one week of ordering, we may withhold orders if the weather cannot ensure safe delivery. Heat packs will be provided if needed. (Esp. During Winter Months)

OUr guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our plants. The safe arrival of a healthy orchid plant is guaranteed, and we are happy to help if a problem arises. Plants will be shipped in their plastic pots, and decorative pots in pictures are not included.  Please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of the package if there is a mistake or damage to your shipment. We may require that you send back the package if a refund is made/a replacement plant is sent. We do not accept replacements or refunds after the 3 day period. 

We take great care in packing our plants, but we cannot guarantee any loss of buds/spikes during the shipping process, and such damage is not considered grounds for refunds/replacements.**

**If you purchased a "In Bud/Spike" plant but received the plant with all of its spikes/buds lost (not just a couple flowers or buds), please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly issue you a partial refund based on the price difference between the mature size plant and budding plant.

Plants are split into two categories: In Spike and Plant Only. In Spike means that the plant is either spiking or developing buds, and will bloom in the coming weeks. Plant Only means that plants are mature sized and will bloom within the next 12 months under proper care.


Please contact us before returning any shipments. If for any reason a client would like to return a shipment that does not have a mistake or damage, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and they are also responsible for the return shipping. Again, returns are only considered if we are contacted within 3 days of the item's delivery. The Item(s) must arrive in the same condition as it was received. We reserve the right to deny any request for returns.
